We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and service. However, it is important to remember that flowers are a perishable natural product that will react to their environment. We do ensure only the freshest and highest quality flowers are selected for you and our 25 years experience has given us the expertise to carry this out.
Please follow thoroughly care instructions in order to increase the life span and enjoyment of your flowers:
WE RECOMMEND CUTTING THE STEMS ON A SHARP ANGLE AND CHANGING THE WATER EVERY TWO DAYS. KEEP YOUR FLOWERS AWAY FROM DRAFTS AND EXTREME TEMPERATURES. REMOVE PLASTIC. DO NOT PLACE FLOWERS NEAR FRUIT OR CIGARETTE SMOKE AS ETHYLENE GAS IS DETRIMENTAL TO MANY FLOWER TYPES.

RETURNS PROCEDURE:

The first step to take if you have any problems with your order is to contact us direct by phone or email. On average the flowers should last 3-7 days. Should the perish within 3 days- We will replace them or refund your money, provided we are satisfied that all care has been taken and that your dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to us within 3 days of delivery. If flowers have been damaged we will ask for them to be returned or for phographs clearly showing the problem. Change of mind, Not accepted.
