We are a family based business and have been operating in dubbo for ten and a bit years. Our family are ex farmers who went to sydney 20 years ago and found themselves in the flower industry and have been in it ever since.
I grew up in a community where the importance of agriculture is paramount; and to a family that instilled the importance of helping whenever it was in our power to do so.
When I opened in dubbo, I opened with the intent of building a business that was an innovative new way of selling flowers. I wanted to provide a better product and customer experience, build a company based on integrity, create good jobs, and support Australian farmers. I work very hard at this, I don't just order my flowers and they turn up in a box, out of water and half dead, I drive to my suppliers, hand pick the best available, put them in water and bring them to you.
I want my customers to have an enjoyable experience when in the process of buying flowers, I want it to be a fun experience and be easy and accessible. I believe that flowers are for everyone, not just the few.
Flowers are for every occasion, weddings is the obvious, funerals another obvious, or, just to say i love you or care for you as a friend. What a great way to welcome your clients into your office or even have open house when selling, and the old saying: a house without flowers is just a house, a house with flowers is a home.
